2008年の開業以来、赤ちゃんから小中学生や受験前の高校生まで、数多くの子どもたちの背骨と骨盤のケアをおこなってまいりました。
乳幼児から受付可
赤ちゃんへの施術はごく軽い力でおこないます。保護者の方がだっこした状態で赤ちゃんの背骨を軽く触診し、ゆがみの位置と状態を判断し、指先で「トン」と押す感じでゆがみを調整してゆきます。「トン」とする時は私が抱っこした状態、もしくはベビーベッドに寝かせた状態でおこないます。
側弯症への対処
院長の私も中学生の頃に発症した側弯症で長らく苦しめられてきました。側弯症に伴う筋肉の強い緊張や、関節の動きの悪さからくる痛みは勉強やスポーツの妨げになります。背骨を真っ直ぐにできる保証はありませんが、ゆがみを直すと側弯症が改善する可能性は高まります。
悪い姿勢の改善
体幹の筋肉が未発達の子どもは良い姿勢を取ろうとしてもなかなか難しいでしょう。勉強やゲームに集中しているとついつい背中が丸まった猫背になりやすいものです。姿勢が悪いと、子どもでも大人と同じように頭痛・肩こり・腰痛が起こります。身体が大きくなる前にしっかりと身体のゆがみや姿勢の悪さを改善しておきましょう。

| 2003 | Doctor of Chiropracticの学位取得 |
| 2003 | カリフォルニア州開業免許およびX線技師免許取得 |
| 2003~2006 | カリフォルニア州サンノゼおよびサンマテオのクリニックにてAssociate Doctorとして勤務 |
| 2006~2008 | 日本帰国後、都内のカイロプラクティック専門学校にて講師として勤務 |
| 2008 | さいたま市浦和にKAWAEカイロプラクティック開業 |
開業当初から妊婦さんや産後の女性患者さんを数多くみてきました。その時の赤ちゃんが大きくなるにつれ、姿勢の悪さや習い事で身体をうまく動かせていない事に気づいた保護者の方が、お子さんを当院に連れてきてくれるケースが増えています。
